Autodidactic Journey
Alongside formal studies, she has immersed herself in a rich autodidactic journey. Driven by curiosity and sensitivity, she deepened her understanding of topics such as autism, ADD, giftedness, high sensitivity (HSP), twin loss, and body language.
Movement has been an important teacher. Through practices like ecstatic dance and contact improvisation, she learned to reconnect with her body and explore boundaries in a playful and embodied way.
Her love for music also became part of her journey. Singing mantras, joining sound healings, and practicing voice activation helped her open her heart and strengthen her voice . Bringing more freedom, expression, and connection into her life.
She also explored expanded states of consciousness for meditation and inner healing. These experiences gifted her profound insights and a lasting connection to love, joy, and gratitude. Qualities that now flow into her art and her guidance.
