1. Introduction

Welcome to the space of Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art. My intention is to offer intuitive guidance, soulful reflection, and emotional support through psychic readings and energy work. Each session is created with care and integrity, designed to plant seeds of awareness, inspiration, and healing.

2. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all psychic readings, intuitive sessions, emotional guidance, and related services (“Services”) offered by Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art (“the Practitioner”) to the client (“the Client”). By booking or participating in a Service, the Client agrees to these Terms.

3. Nature of Services

v Services provided are intended for personal growth, emotional exploration, and spiritual insight.

v They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

v The Practitioner does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical or mental health conditions.

4. Client Responsibility

v The Client remains fully responsible for their own life choices, actions, and outcomes.

v Insights offered during sessions are to be considered guidance or inspiration only.

v The Practitioner plants “seeds” of awareness, but it is the Client’s responsibility to take any steps, make decisions, and implement changes in their life.

5. Payments and Bookings

v All fees must be paid in full before the session unless otherwise agreed.

v Cancellations made less than [e.g., 24 or 48 hours] before the scheduled session may be charged in full.

v Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

6. Confidentiality

v All information shared during sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality.

v The Practitioner may not disclose personal details to third parties without the Client’s consent, except where required by law.

7. Use of Third-Party Platforms

For certain services and communications, Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art may use third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Zoom, or other similar services. Please note:

v Independent Policies
Each of these platforms operates under its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By engaging with me through these platforms, you also agree to their respective terms.

v Data Responsibility
Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art is not responsible for how these third-party platforms collect, store, or process your data. Any data breaches, outages, or issues that arise from the use of these services fall under the responsibility of the platform itself.

v Limitation of Liability
By using these third-party services in connection with my offerings, you acknowledge that Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art has no control over these companies and cannot be held liable for any technical issues, data leaks, or privacy breaches that may occur on their side.

v The Practitioner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes of the Client’s choices following a session.

v Any reliance on the information given is solely at the Client’s discretion and risk.

v Maximum liability, if applicable, is limited to the price paid for the Service.

9. Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a session, unless accompanied by or with written consent from a legal guardian.

10. Governing Law

v These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

v Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Final Provisions

v If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

v The version of the Terms in effect at the time of booking shall apply.
