1. Introduction
Welcome to the world of Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art. Each Artwork is created with peace, love and joy. By purchasing or commissioning a piece, you agree to these guidelines, so that our exchange is respectful, transparent, and filled with integrity.
2. General
v These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all sales of artworks, commissions, and related services (“Artworks”) provided by Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art (“the Artist”) to any client or buyer (“the Client”). By purchasing or commissioning an Artwork, the Client agrees to these Terms.
v Company information: Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art is located in the Netherlands and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 77349458. Our VAT number is NL003184720B26.
v Applicability: These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and deliveries of Angelica Ancelorum - Love Journey Art, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
v Changes: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Therefore, please check the terms and conditions regularly before placing an order.
3. Orders and Commissions
v Orders for available Artworks are binding upon confirmation of payment.
v For commissions, the Artist and the Client will agree on subject, size, medium, and price in writing before work begins.
v The Artist retains full artistic freedom in the creation of the Artwork.
4. Products and Availability
v Product information: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices and images are as accurate as possible. However, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.
v Availability: We do our best to keep the availability of our products up to date. Should a product not be available after an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative solution, such as a replacement product or refund.
5. Prices and Payment
v Prices: All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT. For customers outside the EU, additional import duties and taxes may apply, for which the customer is responsible.
v Payment: Payments can be made via the payment methods offered on our website. The order will be shipped only after the payment is completed.
v Currency exchange rate: For international customers, the price will be converted based on current exchange rates. This may cause slight variations in the final amount paid.
6. Voluntary Contributions / Donations
v All voluntary contributions made to Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art are intended solely as financial support for the continuation and development of artistic, creative, and educational work.
v Contributions are made entirely at the discretion of the donor and do not constitute the purchase of any product, artwork, psychic reading, consultation, service, exclusive content, or any other form of consideration or entitlement. No goods, services, benefits, or guaranteed outcomes are provided in exchange for a contribution.
v The contribution amounts displayed on the donation page are suggested levels only. Donors are free to choose any amount they feel comfortable with, or no contribution at all.
v Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art reserves the right to classify any payment, contribution, or transaction in accordance with applicable tax and accounting regulations.
v All contributions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
v By making a contribution, the donor acknowledges and agrees that they are acting voluntarily and that no contractual relationship is created beyond this acknowledgement of donation.
Please note that Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art is not a registered ANBI or equivalent charitable organisation. As such, voluntary contributions are not tax-deductible and no VAT invoice can be issued for donations.
7. Shipping and Delivery
v Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination country.
v Delivery time: We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method and the country of destination. Delayed deliveries outside of our control (such as customs procedures) can sometimes occur.
v International shipping: International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may apply upon delivery.
8. Returns and Refund Policy

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
v The Artist retains all copyrights and reproduction rights of the Artworks, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
v Purchase of an Artwork does not transfer intellectual property rights.
v The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Artwork without prior written permission from the Artist.
v The Artist may use images of sold or commissioned Artworks for promotional purposes (website, portfolio, social media), unless agreed otherwise.
v All content on this website, including text, images, logos and graphics, is the property of Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
10. Liability
v The Artist is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or environmental conditions (e.g., humidity, sunlight).
v Liability for damages is limited to the purchase price of the Artwork.
v Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, including but not limited to loss of data, profit or turnover, unless such damage is caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.
v Product Warranty: Our products are covered by a legal guarantee that a product meets the reasonable expectations of the customer. Damage due to incorrect use is not covered by the guarantee.
11. Privacy
