Shipping Policy
1. Delivery and Shipping
v Artworks will be packaged with love & care.
v Shipping costs are free, insurance, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed.
v Delivery times are estimates and may vary. The Artist is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services.
2. Processing time
v Please note that all SALES ARE FINAL, with the exception of certain situations.
v Order processing: Orders will be processed Wednesday through Friday, excluding holidays.
v Shipping confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.
Netherlands and Belgium: 1-5 working days
Europe: 5-7 working days
International: 7-15 working days
Please note: The above delivery times are estimates. Delayed delivery times due to customs import or other external factors can sometimes occur.
All items are carefully shipped in protective packaging.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
v International Shipping: For orders outside the EU, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Angelica Ancelorum – Love Journey Art.
v Customs clearance: Please note that customs procedures may cause delays in delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.
5. Delivery terms
v Delivery address: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrectly entered address. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
v Not at home when delivered: If you are not at home during delivery, the carrier will usually leave a note with instructions on how to collect your package from a collection point or for a second delivery attempt.
