Refund policy
1. Prices and Payment
v Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise agreed.
v Payment for non-commissioned works is due in full at the time of purchase.
v For commissions, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before the Artist starts the work. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion, prior to delivery.
2. Returns and Cancellations
v Original Artworks are unique and non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
v Commissioned works cannot be returned or refunded once completed.
v In case of cancellation of a commission by the Client, the deposit remains non-refundable.
3. Color Accuracy
v Please note that while every effort is made to represent artworks as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions, colors may vary depending on lighting conditions, screen settings, and printing processes.
v The colors you see on your device may not be an exact match to the original Artwork. Minor variations in tone, vibrancy, or texture are natural and do not constitute a defect or a reason for return.
v Each Artwork is unique, and part of its beauty lies in its individuality.
4. Missing Orders
v Missing Orders: If Your Artwork Was Lost In Transit, You Missed the Delivery, or Artwork Was Stolen From Your Home After Delivery. You must contact the shipping service personally if the address on the order is correct and you believe your package was lost in transit, a missed delivery, or stolen. We cannot directly resolve issues dealing with failed delivery or theft.
5. Damaged Products
v Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at angelica.ancelorum@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will then provide a suitable solution.
